Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the general administration of the Company to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Job Requirements
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is preferable.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in administrative support, secretarial, procurement or personal assistant role is preferred. Less experience candidates may be considered as Junior Adminstration Executive
Handling end-to-end office administration work.
Demonstrates good judgement; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; self-motivated; well organized
In-depth understanding of office management procedures
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Should be a team player and must have good interpersonal skills
