Job Responsibilities

ob Description

  • Responsible for the general administration of the Company to ensure smooth day-to-day operation

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

  • Performing minor accounting duties

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

  • Source supplies

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is preferable.

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in administrative support, secretarial, procurement or personal assistant role is preferred. Less experience candidates may be considered as Junior Adminstration Executive

  • Handling end-to-end office administration work.

  • Demonstrates good judgement; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; self-motivated; well organized

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures

  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Should be a team player and must have good interpersonal skills
